Reading at River Lights, Dubuque, Friday, January 13th, 5:30pm

The first reading for the season will be at River Lights in Dubuque

Friday, January 13, 5:30 p.m. “social hour,” 6 p.m., reading.

River Lights, at 1098 Main in the historic downtown district, is a key player in the community’s economic and arts revival. Live music to accompany reading


Reading at Prairie Lights Books, Iowa City, Friday, January 20, 7pm

Check out one of the country's premier independent bookstores. The Almanac reading here ( a tradition for many years) begins at 7pm at 15 S. Dubuque St. in downtown Iowa City. Gathering to follow at the coffee house on the bookstore's second floor.

We'll see you at Cedar Rapids' newest, independent bookstore.
